Directed by Lizannette Velasco de Jesús & Angel Blanco with Athená Polymenis as the Director of Photography, "Fools" is a short Dogma narrative that follows two old friends as they reconnect over a Halloween night in.

Dogma filmmaking is a practice which strives to strip away cinematic artifice while searching for the truth in filmmaking. Films that fall under dogma filmmaking practices follow a strict set of rules such as no non-diegetic lights, little to no planning of the shots as to maintain a good flow, on location shooting, hand held camera, and many others. "This wasn't the first dogma set I had been on but it was the first one I shot," Polymenis notes, "this style of filmmaking really does give you the skills to pivot. It also gives you the chance to understand your limits, the confines of the camera, and when and where you can push the limits."
